1. The Promoters

The promoters are RMP Enterprise Ltd of Unit 1.01 Piano House Brighton Terrace, London, United Kingdom, SW9 8DJ

   1. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 
   2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
1. The competition will run from 12:00am on 21/12/2020 (the "Opening Date") to 11:59am on 4/02/2021 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
2. All competition entries must be received by means of this website: https://events.ratemyapprenticeship.co.uk/ no later than 11:59pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. 
3. To enter the competition, submit the online entry form provided on this website by the Closing Date.
4. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
5. The Promoters will not accept:
6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Eligibility
   1. any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria above;
   2. employees of the Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies;
   3. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary or sister companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
   4. members of the immediate families or households of (b) and (c) above.

The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 14 years or older at the date of entry who are in current full-time study during the [2021/2021] academic year at a UK secondary school or further education institution. Proof will be required for checking and validation in the form of student ID and will be required to claim the prize.

3. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4. The Promoters will not accept competition entries that are:
5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
6. The Promoters reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
7. Competition entries cannot be returned. If you would like to save your entry, please print a copy before submitting it.
4. The prize
1. There are 5  X £50 given out to 5 different individuals.
2. In order to claim your prize, you must show the event organisers proof of your School/College ID.
3. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5. Winners
1. The decision of the Promoters or the judges nominated by the Promoters is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
2. We’ll contact winners using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry, as soon as practicable, and winners will have 1 week to get back to us to confirm acknowledgment of their win, otherwise your claim will become invalid and we’ll approach another winner. In order to claim the prize, you must email the Promoters acknowledgement of the email along with your School/College ID. 
3. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
4.  The Promoters do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
6. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law,  the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
   1. assign to RateMyApprenticeship all your intellectual property rights in it; and
   2. waive all moral rights to it.
1. All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoters will become the property of the Promoters on receipt and will not be returned.
2. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
2. Consents and others’ rights
   1. any images and other material in your submission is your own original work, is not defamatory of any other person, and does not infringe any other person’s rights (including privacy rights, copyright and trade marks).
   2. you have consent to use any third-party image in the entry and rights have been waived for that use. The image must not contain any person under 18 years of age, without the prior written consent of their parent or guardian.

2. You will be asked to produce evidence of any required consents at the Promoters’ request, or risk being disqualified from entering the prize competition.
3. You grant the Promoters the right, free of charge, to use, alter, or adapt the images and other materials in your submissions and for the Promoters to authorise others to do the same.
4. You agree that the Promoters may, but are not required to, make your entry available on the RateMyApprenticeship website and any other media, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. 
3. Data protection and publicity
1. The Promoters will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy
4. General
1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoters may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
2. The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
